People around America lost their faith in Christ because of trauma, things that are happening in this world now, or just having a hard time believing that there is a God. Now in this generation, people have lost their faith in Christ more than ever before. Knowing that there is a forgivable everlasting God. Christ could help not only people who are lost with their life and need a way out but, helping newcomers seek and know about Christ. People sometimes tend to want to do their own thing and forget about our prayer time or reading the Bible , or just don’t have time to do any of that because their schedules are already filled . What people don’t understand is that God is the most important thing in their lives.

Who Is Christ?
Scriptures:
-This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD: “Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message.” So I went down to the potter’s house, and I saw him working at the wheel. But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him. Then the word of the LORD came to me. He said, “Can I not do with you, Israel, as this potter does?” declares the LORD. “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel. – Jeremiah 18:1-6 ( N.I.V)
-“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.22Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’- Mathew 21-23 ( N.I.V)
-Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. John 14: 23 ( N.I.V)
God’s story is a story that is written in history. The bible is the book of life and truth. Seeking guidance and a clear vision for the right path through our life is through the Bible. It gives us understanding, Knowledge, and most importantly softens our heart to the things its hardened by. Building a relationship with Christ leads you to a more positive outcome . In Jeremiah 18: 1-6 ( N.I.V)It explains that God made us in his own image. Christ made us in his image when we were in our mothers womb. The scripture is saying by building and growing hunger for Christ he makes us into the person he wants us to be. It’s like potter building pottery.
In Mathew 7:21-23 (N.I.V) explains that when our time has come and we have to be judged, people will say “God, didn’t I pray for people , didn’t I preach your name or read your word, didn’t I feed the homeless for you” etc. His answer would be ” depart from me, I never knew you” why ? You would be forcing yourself to do those things like a chore instead of doing it because you want to and you’d do anything to maintain that relationship with Christ. He wants you to come everyday as you are, meaning that what you have done, or what sins you have made will not be important. He loves you; he doesn’t love your sin. He is always, and always will be a forgiving God.
John 14:23 ( N.I.V) says that “if we love himwe should keep his word and expect that he will make a home for us .” Making a home for us means we gave him the key into our lives and mold us into the person he wants us to be by reading, fasting, and most importantly praying. By reading our Bible , it opens our mindset to new knowledge, wisdom, and information you’ve never heard before. This generation is suffering from confusion, and false prophets. Reading the book of ” truth” will show you that. ” God is the bridge of reason, every step of the bridge is composed of common experiences , and universal principle of reason”.
Who is Christ Continued
Scripture:
-Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good
His love endures forever. – Psalms 136:1 (N.I.V)
God is greater than any God, he’s greater then we imagined. He is ” the real God”. When people build a relationship with Christ they either see him as a person or personal. God is ultimate. God is the foundation for all people. Without God there is nothing . There would be no earth & creation that once existed or exist. God loves us. his love endures forever. in Psalms 136:1 ( N.I.V) God created us for a everlasting purpose. People are open to the possibility of God’s existence but uncomfortable affirming it on the basis on biblical authority on faith alone.

Why Is Christ Important?
Scriptures:
-for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.Listen to your father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.Buy the truth and do not sell it—wisdom, instruction and insight as well. – Proverbs 23:21-23 (N.I.V)
-Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. -Mathew 6:34 ( N.I.V)
God is the principle of all existence. It’s important that we gain that relationship with Christ. We need forgiveness, we need guidance to teach us wisdom. The main purpose on this earth is to tell people about Christ and lead them into knowing Christ Sounds like a cult right? It’s not. God is a patient God, he is never forced. He let’s us make our own decisions. He doesn’t punish us. He leads you to maturity and the path to his home.
The main purpose of our lives is to build a relationship with Christ so that we can live with him for eternity where there is no sorrow and no suffering. God has been the mind that orders the entire universe. God helps us diciplines our lives. He helps us to be healthy, not only physically but mentally also. The Bible states that we shouldn’t be eating foods that are not good for our body let alone get drunk which alot of our generation struggles with this habit to this day. Proverbs 23:20-21 (N.I.V)
With the word of God he clears our mind. I struggle with overthinking , and anxiety and a verse I always look for is Mathew 6:34 ( N.I.V) God is the life that sustains all beings. God’s love United all. God’s presence is to find inspiration , love, and support the need of the moment. God could never be threatened, sickened, or lost. God is caring even if you doubt him, alone, or feel as though you were at your lowest. God is our one and true devine parent. God created us in our own image meaning we all look like him.
Each day is an opportunity to exercise that power as we grow in a spiritual understanding. ( Mehlanbacher)
How has God Changed Peoples Lives?

during jesus’s lifetime he did so many miracles. Jesus healed the poor, the sick, and the outcast. because of Jesus new churches cared for widows, orphans, and the helpless. Jesus was the king, the inventor, and a preacher . Only difference is , he was the most influential man in all of history.
There are endless examples of women being treated inhumanly. 2,000 years ago, the movement of women converted to Christianity. ” Jesus treated woman with dignity, respect, and pure love” While women were worth less then men in the Roman World. In Jesus eyes they were equally valuable having been made in the image of God”.
If it weren’t for Jesus , we probably wouldn’t have cared for woman’s rights. ” Christianity demands that a man must be committed to his wife and love her sacrificially”.
(Allendale Baptist Church)

History Of Christ
The Romans became Christian first. When the Romans became Christian, Catholics developed. Originally, Christianity was small, unorganized section that promised personal salvation after death. Apostle Paul was the one who wrote the ” New Testament”. He also was a Roman citizen.
Since Christianity was spreading Europe mostly after 600 C.E because of the fall of the Roman Empire. Since Christianity has become known, it ended persecutions of Christians. Emperor Constantine made it legal to practice Christianity with the edict of Mulan. Christianity, over time slowly replaced paganism and took over and expanded on its previous roles. (Khan Acadamy)
How Can We Grow Stronger In our Relationship With Christ
Scriptures
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. –1st Thess 5:16-18 (N.I.V)
-As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. –Proverbs27:17 ( N.I.V)
-Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says –James 1:22 ( N.I.V
-We love because he first loved us. –1st John 4:19
Spending time through prayer and by reading the word is what helps bring a stronger relationship with Christ. Relationships thrive on communication. Talk to God everywhere. In 1st Thess 5:16-18 (N.I.V) it says that we should persue other relationships with other Christians. Not just because the Bible says though but because it can give you knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 27:17 (N.I.V). Talking to each other grows in both ways.
Listen to God’s voice. James 1:22 (N.I.V) God does not speak in direct tone like he did in the Old Testament. God speaks through the word, prayer, our life challenges, etc. God is the same way. No matter how far apart or seperated we feel from God, God is always by your side because he loves us first.1st John 4:19 (N.I.V). He’s waiting at your door waiting for you to invite him in your home.
Know his heart, his character, and his love. Knowing him means you are able to recognize his voice and his presence. Trust in the plans that God has given you because he has proven to be trustworthy. A lot of tough decisions and things come our way, and we wonder why it didn’t turn out the way we planned. It wasn’t the right time nor was it meant for us. It doesn’t mean you’re not good enough for it, it means God has something better in store for your life. God is a patient God. He will never force us to spend time with him. Pray and begin to experience his love. Praying without ceasing means that we have a mindset throughout our prayer and throughout our day to day because God is always in our hearts. (O’neal, Shante, Grossett)

Jesus died for not only to make a statement but , he died for all of us so that we can communicate with Christ on our own free will. By building a relationship with Christ it opens so many doors to not only your life but, your entire generation ahead. Get to know Christ, you will see how he changes your life into a positive route. You will see how peaceful your soul , and mind feel. Your walk through Christ cannot only bring you closer to the gates of Heaven but the people who are lost around you also. So, live like Christ would, be the peace in the chaos by letting Christ shine through you.
